How the AI Yoga Sequence Generator Works

Building a balanced class takes time. Tell the generator what you need, and it turns your parameters into a full yoga sequence with a warm-up, main flow, peak, and cool-down.

  1. 1. Choose your parameters

Pick a level, yoga style, session focus, and any duration from 5 to 120 minutes.

  2. 2. Add advanced details

Optionally set target areas, physical limitations, available props, breathwork, and meditation.

  3. 3. Review your practice plan

Adjust how the class is divided between warm-up, main flow, peak sequence, and cool-down.

  4. 4. Generate your yoga flow

AI builds a structured sequence you can follow, teach from, or export as a PDF.

Build Your Own Flow Based on These Parameters

Every yoga flow is built from your choices, so a 20-minute morning mobility practice and a 90-minute power class come out very differently.

Level

Beginner, intermediate, advanced, or mixed levels.

Yoga style

Hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, yin, restorative, power, prenatal, therapeutic, mobility, or somatic.

Session focus

Flexibility, strength, mobility, stability, recovery, relaxation, mindfulness, endurance, posture, balance, or an energy boost.

Target areas

Neck, upper back, lower back, hips, hamstrings, core, arms, ankles, or your own custom area.

Limitations

Knee sensitivity, wrist pain, lower back issues, neck tension, pregnancy, high blood pressure, or your own note.

Props

Blocks, strap, bolster, blanket, chair, or wall space.

Breathwork

No dedicated breathwork, light integration, a structured session, or a pranayama-focused practice.

Meditation

No meditation, a short closing, or a full guided session.

Sample Yoga Sequence Output

Each flow lists its poses with Sanskrit names, timing, instructions, cues, and transitions, plus a practice opening and closing meditation. This excerpt from our 60-Minute Beginner Vinyasa Flow shows the format.

Main Flow (25 Minutes)

Warrior I

Virabhadrasana I · 5 breaths per side

Step your front foot forward, spin your back heel down to 45 degrees. Reach your arms overhead, palms facing each other. Keep your front knee bent at 90 degrees.

Instructor cues: Draw back hip forward to square hips. Press outer back foot into mat. Lift from the heart up.

Transition: On your next exhale, open your hips and chest out to the side.

Warrior II

Virabhadrasana II · 5 breaths per side

Open your hips and torso to the side. Extend your arms parallel to the floor, reaching out through your fingertips. Gaze over your front middle finger.

Instructor cues: Stack front knee over ankle — don't collapse in. Reach both arms in opposite directions. Stack torso upright.

Transition: Inhale, reach forward with your front hand and hinge at your hip.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I generate a yoga flow?

Choose your level, style, focus, and duration, review the practice plan, and select Generate Yoga Magic. You can set up the flow without an account, and you sign in to generate it.

Can yoga teachers use this for class planning?

Yes. Instructor cues, transitions, and timing make each sequence a useful starting point for a class plan. Review it and adapt it to your students before you teach.

Is the yoga sequence generator free?

Your free account includes 5 AI generations in total. Paid monthly plans start at €2.99 for more.

Is a generated flow safe if I have an injury?

You can list limitations so the sequence takes them into account, but a generated flow is not medical advice. Check with a healthcare professional if you have an injury, a health condition, or are pregnant.
